Over the last several years, there has been an increase in fake tickets being presented by unsuspecting audience members.

While there isn’t anything we can do about the marketplace, we can educate our ticket buyers.

Discount tickets for any Chicago area theatre can be trusted if purchased through Hottix, Goldstar, or Lucky Seat. Any other sites should be regarded with suspicion.

Theatre Guidelines and Patron Conduct

Ratings for all Drury Lane productions are offered using the MPAA rating system as a guide. Please note that children 5 or under are not admitted to our Main Stage productions.

Beyond this, it is left up to the discretion of the parents to determine whether or not a production is appropriate for their child. A ticket is required for entry. Any patron who disrupts the theatre experience of those around them will be asked to leave without a refund.

LATE SEATING POLICY

Patrons who arrive late for a performance will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager. Should a patron need to leave during a performance, they shall be reseated at the discretion of the House Manager.
